FAQ 1: What happens if the clearance search shows that my name is already in use by a competitor?

The possible issues for using your proposed name and securing trademark rights under it will be identified once the clearance search has been conducted. Based on the existence and nature of those issues, the possible options will be laid out in a written legal opinion. If the risks associated with the use of your proposed name are high and you confirm you do not wish to take such risk - i.e. you decide to abandon your proposed name, we will refund the amounts corresponding to any unused services under your package (logo design, company incorporation, trademark registration and/or any other as applicable).

FAQ 2: What do I get as part of the logo design services?

Our expert graphic designers will create a choice of logos for you to choose from, using your proposed name, and based on your business identity and industry, as selected by you on our interactive questionnaire that is submitted as an order form when purchasing a package. Depending on the package you purchase you will have 2 or 3 logos to choose from. Once one is chosen by you, we will send you a pdf with your brand assets (logo, colour palette and fonts). You cannot request any changes to your selected logo.

FAQ 3: Do you provide accounting services as part of the company registration?

Ready 2 Launch has partnered with certified accountants and incorporation agencies who provide expert services as part of the package you choose. While we do not provide accounting services directly, our strategic partners can certainly help with any additional accounting, reporting and bookkeeping requirements of your company. FAQ 4: What if I need more or less services than those included in a package?

Our packages have been carefully created to include the services necessary to build a solid foundation on which to launch and grow your business. However, we understand each case is unique. We offer a selection of additional services for you to add to any package of your choice. Please select any applicable service in the ‘ADD-ONS’ section of the purchasing order form. You can also create your own package by mixing and matching additional services only, as required by you.

FAQ 5: What happens after my company is incorporated?

We will send you your company’s Registration Certificate and Memorandum and Articles of Association by email, in pdf. format, and post your original Company Documents to your ‘Delivery Address’. UK delivery is free. Non UK delivery is subject to additional posting charges.
